Marc did an astounding job restoring my tile and grout.
My entire first floor is tiled with large, tan ceramic tiles with wide, buff-colored grout. When my tile was first installed, I made the mistake of mopping with soap and water. Though we mopped diligently every week, slowly, the floors got grimier and blacker. I finally researched the problem and discovered that I had been cementing soap and dirt to my new floors. I tried to scrub them clean, but even with a great deal of effort, I could only clean very small areas. I thought I had permanently ruined my floor.
After several years, I finally decided to take a chance with professional cleaning. I looked on the internet for companies with positive reviews and found Sierra Tile and Stone Care. To my amazement, Marc returned my floors to their original color. I was stunned. Marc was also very pleasant to work with, informative, and careful.
